Position
Overview:
Trust
Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Application Developer to serve in
the Defense Logistics Agency.
As a Senior
Application Developer, you will play a critical role in the design,
development, and maintenance of our applications. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the
needs of our users. Your expertise and leadership will be key in driving our
projects forward and mentoring junior developers.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Design,
develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications.
- Collaborate
with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software
requirements and deliverables.
- Lead and
participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and
guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
improvement.
- Stay current
on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Contribute
to the overall architecture and design of our software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
experience.
- 5+ years of
experience in application development, with a strong portfolio of successful
projects.
- Proficiency
in [programming languages relevant to the position, e.g., Java, C#, Python].
- Experience
with [relevant frameworks or technologies, e.g., React, Angular, .NET,
Node.js].
- Strong
understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience
