Improvement Engineer/Specialist
Clearance:
Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to
obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire.

Position
Overview
Supports
web presence on all networks and provides Knowledge Management (KM) expertise
to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
·
Designs
and implements business process modernization and improvements.
·
Coordinates
and leads activities related to KM needs.
·
Develops
and maintains customer specific tools and capabilities.
·
Conducts
business process reviews, software testing, IA workforce training, and website
content management.
·
Works
with desk officers to improve design of user interface features.
·
Maintains
awareness of other KM tools and how they might be incorporated into customers
business processes.
Required
Qualifications
·
11-14 Years of experience.
·
Demonstrated
experience applying knowledge management, business intelligence, process
improvement, reengineering methodologies, or best practice principles to design
and implement process modernization and improvements.
·
Demonstrated
experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists
related to technology needs.
·
Demonstrated
experience in using web-based technologies such as browsers, ColdFusion, HTML
code, object-oriented technology, graphics software, and content management
systems. Demonstrated experience with Python/ Django Web Framework, Database
Management Systems (DBMS) (MYSQL or similar DBMS), JavaScript, REST, SOAP
webservices.

Qualifications

Demonstrated
experience in understanding of technology requirements specific to
international affairs and IC coordination.
·
Demonstrated
experience with Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Actions, Tasking’s &
Management (ATM), SharePoint Administration/ SharePoint Custom WebParts.
