HR Generalist II/Recruiter
JOB BRIEF:
The Human
Resources Generalist II will assist with running the daily functions of the HR
Department including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding staff, administering
pay, benefits, and leave, managing employee records, HR Compliance, drafting
and enforcing HR and Company policies, procedures, and processes, handling
employee communications, etc. This is a full-time exempt salary position. This
is a hybrid position.
PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain database of candidate
records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and
other designations.

Engage and partner with key HR
partners across various departmental functions.
·
Handles employment-related
inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or
sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Maintains compliance with
federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best
practices; reviews and develops policies and practices to maintain compliance.
·
Maintains knowledge of trends,
best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources,
talent management, and employment law and those related to government
contractors.

Manage and implement
improvements in the Human Resources Department’s systems/practices in line with
the company’s mission and strategic direction.
·
Identify and implement company
policies, procedures, and processes.
·
Performs other duties as may be
assigned or required.
