Job
Description:
We are
seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Process Re-engineering
Specialist to identify, analyze, and optimize our business processes. In this
role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement
strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Analyze
current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate
with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop and
implement process improvement strategies and solutions.
- Utilize
data analysis and modeling techniques to drive process optimization.
- Monitor and
report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Facilitate
workshops and training sessions to promote process improvements.
- Stay
informed of industry trends and best practices in process re-engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven
experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency
in process modeling tools and techniques.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to
work collaboratively across teams and influence change.
- Experience
with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- 5+ years of
relevant experience.
- Experience
with business process re-engineering / improvement in any of the following
areas; finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, etc.
- Ability to
facilitate business process improvement sessions to identify pain points,
define pain points, and solution improvement opportunities.
Preferred:
▪ Knowledge
of SAP, or any other ERP systems.
▪ SQL
preferred or other programming language knowledge (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB).
▪
Understanding of Business Process Management tools, such as Celonis or other
BPMN applications.
